Idea behind the process

Creation of high performance multi-purpose compound, with lower dosage use, that can be easily removed during the pre-treatment process, cutting off significant pre-treatment time process to give higher productivity for the user (enable to skip the enzymatic & 4-8 hours of batching time), and eliminate the usage of certain pre-treatment chemicals.

This idea in the other hand also eliminates the process in High Pressure Cooker (user can do faster cooking and safe time), thus enables the user to do direct-dyeing, and easy continuous-dyeing.

Notes:
The core development of Vector V-37 is the usage of Pinothercol (modified flexy-chain polymer which originally intended for food and beverage purpose), and several other food-graded derivatives polymer, which guide us to further optimization for many other products.

Idea behind the process :

Further development of Hot Water De-Sizing compound, with additional feature of eliminating the usage of hot water (hot temperature operation). The main benefit idea is to reduce the cost of energy, through minimizing steam usage; and much easier de-sizing ability.

Idea behind the process :

Elimination of cooking process, which allow user to do cold mixing and safe more time, thus safe more energy cost (by steam & electricity usage reduction).

The main idea of this project is further development of the existing Vector V-37, which should also enable the user to do direct-dyeing, and easy continuous-dyeing.

Idea behind the process :

Idea behind the process :

Next generation of sizing compound development, which allows user to minimize their storage space, risk of product degradation due to storage condition (spoilage, water leakage, humidity, etc.), and also giving a significant easiness to the operator (much light-weighted, minimize recipe error, etc.). This will also minimize the work-load of logistic activity, due to a very significant weight and volume reduction.

The basic concept of this project is to transform the heavy & voluminous sizing compound product into a certain significant smaller capsule, that would expand when reacted with hot water in the mixing tank, but still also giving the same desirable performance as the current generation sizing compound.
